Day 1: You Take The First Step
Choose whether you want a no-sweat intro (sit and talk with a coach) or jump into a class where we tailor the workout for you and you current level of fitness.DAY1
Day 2: Experience A Class
We tailor our daily workout for you based upon your current fitness abilities. No one is ever too out of shape for us. We LOVE having newbies in class and making them feel welcomed.DAY2
Day 3: Enroll in our Foundations Program. Meet Some Members
We offer three Membership Tracks to best suit your needs. One of our coaches will help you select the track that works best for.DAY3
Day 4: We Get You Organized and Prepped For Success
We teach you the Step-by-step fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you!DAY4
Day 11: Momentum Is Building!! Great Things Lie Ahead
Congratulations, you’ve been with Crossfit Intent for 14 days and it’s been a great 2 weeks! You’ve already started to feel the momentum building in your favor! Classes are fun and working out has become exciting again!!DAY14
Day 22: You’re Feeling Great!
You’ve met with your coach 3 times already. You understand the workouts. People know your name. MOST importantly…momentum is shifting in your favor! Congrats!DAY22
Day 30: New Exciting Habits Have Been Formed
It takes 21-30 days for new habits to take root. You’ve reached a tipping point where old, unhealthy habits are dying and new exciting habits are growing that will help you reach the new you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What will my first time in your gym be like?
Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.
Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?
We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? A CrossFit membership? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.
What exactly is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that will change your life. By it’s definition, it uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable by anyone.
Daily workouts could include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. And all our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
I’m not in very good shape… can I do CrossFit?
The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.
One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.
