I became a single parent when my wife passed away with leukemia and Jason+team became my family. They entertained my 7 year old son while I got in a workout. With health issues of my own, they tailored around that and customized my workouts to prevent injury or complications. I cannot say enough good things about CFI and this community. They’ve really supported me in so many ways even when I am NOT in the gym. It’s not uncommon to see people bring the kids. The trainers are all patient and nurture the mind and body through the entire CrossFit experience.”

“This is a great gym for both beginners and experienced cross fitters. Anyone who is looking to get some solid coaching and have a fun time doing it, I would recommend CrossFit intent. Jason does a great job at bringing the best out of you while keeping it a fun filled environment. Katelyn did awesome with me as a beginner to CrossFit by breaking down each movement step by step and explaining the importance of proper form. 5star gym for me.
